Dear T-Boy,
As we mentioned in the first announcement to this competition, the prizes are indeed only virtual. So the bad news is: no, there won’t be any real medal, diploma, newspaper announcment, etc. BUT this blog entry is not the actual medal. We are working on a page on toonpool.com where competition winners will be on display permanently. A first version should be online in the next few days. Sorry for the delay.
Later this year we are planning to introduce a system of honor badges, trophies etc. and a virtual trophy case. Of course the Caricup will be part of this.

Dear Toonpool Team, my name is T-BOY, the winner of the 2010 Caricup with the Ferenc Puskás cartoon. Firstly i would like to say thank You for the congratulations! I have a question what i would like to ask: will i get a real medal for this victory? Or all i receive for this win is a virtual gold medal? Or by any chance will i get a diploma for winning this competition, which would certify that there was a competition on Toonpool. As i would put it onto my wall, that would be great! Is it gonna be published in the german newspapers? For example: Stern? If yes, i am asking You to send me an issue! Thanks a lot in advance!! Looking forward to Your reply, Yours faithfully: T-BOY
